Consider requesting a room away from the hallway to avoid noise, especially during the morning hours.

Honest review
Fantastic location, just a short stroll from major attractions! The staff were courteous and accommodating. Our spacious queen room wasnice and neat, while the breakfast was a feast for all tastes, with local specialties like Norwegian waffles. Be aware of tram noise for light sleepers, though.

The Location and the main entrance was ok. wi-fi a plus, good breakfast.
The room we have been offered was really bad, being the last on a small tiny corridor. room no.324. Although in the description it was mentioned that it was a standard room and not an upgraded one, I truly believe it does not correspond to a 4star hotel. The curtains and the ceiling and the walls were more than old, the furniture - old.

The Front office staff are very friendly, receptive and very very homely people of hospitality. My sincere thanks and appreciation goes to the front office staff "Bente" who had helped us in guiding better to see the Oslo city best sightseeing places and made our hotel stay a very memorable. She deserves a good salary hike from hotel as she is an asset to hotel management.
families must be allowed to refresh themselves in an adhoc room especially when they check out of rooms due to 12 hours checkout policy and when their travel out of city is beyond 2000 hours (8 pm)., otherwise families wd be staying in restaurant and it surely doesnot look good as restaurant decorum gets lost., family members needs also privacy hence, i suggest that family with young children must be given an adhoc room at a very reasonable price say 100 NOR kroners. at extra charges., we have been asked to pay another 300 norway kroners which is very costly for our budget.

Lot's of noice of the tram during the day and night. It starts around 6 AM until 12 in the night (especially during the weekend)

The location is perfect, just minutes away from the Royal Palace and walking distance to various attractions.
The room was quite cold due to centralized air conditioning, which guests couldn't control, making it uncomfortable at times.

Very good location right behind the royal palace and close to the Bogstadveien shopping street. And the breakfast was excellent.
I had a room toward the street and the sound of the trams passing by under my window was rather loud.

From skeptic to believer
The breakfast was a real highlight, with a fantastic selection of eggs, meats, and fresh juices served with a smile. The location was also convenient, just a short walk from the National Theatre station.
The room decor felt dated and cramped, with some guests mentioning limited amenities and issues with cleanliness. Noise from passing trams at night disrupted sleep.

Breakfast was enjoyable, good views, magnificent location just off public transport, convenient stores and restaurants as well as metro, tram and airport shuttle. Silent & modern room, pay TV, a seating area and a writing desk in there. Exceptionally comfortable pillows and bed. Early check in and excellent service. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property.
Very small bathroom.

Very good breakfast, good location but very noisy late at night, the street seems to be a meeting point for drunk late party goers.
